A warm welcome awaits you at No. 29 Well Street, where you have the chance to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the beautiful Dumfries and Galloway countryside.

No. 29 Well Street is located just off the High Street in the charming market town of Moffat which is on the A708 (approximately 1.5 miles from junction 15 on the A74(M)) and is ideally situated for exploring the surrounding area of Dumfries and Galloway.

Our accommodation is as follows:

Breakfast Room - Our ground floor breakfast room consists of individual tables where guests can help themselves to a wide selection of quality juices, cereals, fresh fruit and yogurts, after which, for those with a hearty appetite, a freshly cooked breakfast is available.

Bedrooms - All bedrooms are comfortably furnished with quality linens and towels, a selection of high quality toiletrties, tea and coffee making facilities (with fresh milk) and are provided with T.V./D.V.D. player.  All rooms have hair dryers, whilst ironing boards/irons are available on request.  We have one twin room with en-suite facilities, one double room with en-suite facilities (bath and shower) (Ooth rooms being on the ground floor) and one double room with en-suite facilities.

Friday night to Sunday night Double £60 per night, Single £40 per night
Midweek, Monday night to Thursday night Double £50 per night, Single £30 per night

Low Season (March (until Easter weekend) and October (excluding Walking Festival weekend)
Double £45 per night, Single £30 per night
