Our home is a beautiful listed Victorian building, quietly situated in Beechgrove, overlooking the bowling green and tennis courts. We are conveniently situated minutes walk away from an excellent choice of pubs, cafes and restaurants.

We have three, comfortable and well appointed en-suite bedrooms, two of which have been recently upgraded and refurbished. They are equipped with TV, hairdryer and hospitality tray. We provide bathrobes and a selection of toiletries.

Breakfast is served in our dining room at a pre-arranged time to suit your needs. Whatever your preference, we will do our utmost to make your breakfast a special occasion.

We offer an elegant lounge where, as our guest, you can rewind, unwind and take time to decide where to dine for the evening.

There are a variety of activities to do in and around Moffat, including walking, fishing, shopping, tennis and bowls. Packed lunches can be provided. For those interested in golf, we can arrange tee off times at the Moffat Golf Club. Storage and drying facilities are available and of course there is the option of doing nothing other than relaxing and taking in the beautiful scenery of this outstanding conservation area.
