If you’re thinking cottage in the country, with beamed ceilings, wood-burning stove, and roses round the door, then No. 12 is not for you.  If you’re looking for clean, well appointed, comfortable accommodation within easy walking distance of Moffat town centre, then perhaps No. 12 is for you.

Sleeping two people, No. 12 is a ground floor flat in a quiet street less than five minutes walk from all of Moffat’s shops, hotels and restaurants.  Although not designed for the disabled, all of the accommodation is on one level, with only one step at the front door.

Off the hallway, there is a sitting room, one bedroom with twin beds (which could be put together), electric blankets and a hair drier, a bathroom with bath and over-bath shower, and a kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, and microwave.  Heating, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.  All rooms have been furnished and fitted to our own demanding standards and we are sure our guests will be very comfortable.

No. 12 can only accommodate two people.  We do not accept pets and the property is non-smoking.

 Outside, there is a south-facing ‘sitooterie’ for guests to enjoy the sunshine, and a sheltered garden shared with the other three flats.

No. 12 is available for weekly lets and for short breaks.
