A warm welcome awaits you at No. 29 Well Street, where you have the chance to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the beautiful Dumfries and Galloway countryside.

No. 29 Well Street is located just off the High Street in the charming market town of Moffat which is on the A701 (approximately 1.5 miles from junction 15 on the A74(M)) and is ideally situated for exploring the surrounding area of Dumfries and Galloway.

Our accommodation is as follows:

Breakfast Room - Our ground floor breakfast room consists of individual tables where guests can help themselves to a wide selection of quality juices, cereals, and fresh fruit, after which, for those with a hearty appetite, a freshly cooked breakfast is available.

Bedrooms - All bedrooms are comfortably furnished with quality linens and towels, a selection of high quality toiletrties, tea and coffee making facilities (with fresh milk) and are provided with T.V./D.V.D. player.  All rooms have hair dryers, whilst ironing boards/irons are available on request.  We have one twin room with en-suite facilities, one double room with en-suite facilities (bath and shower) and one double room with en-suite facilities.

Prices:
High Season (1st April to 31st October)
Double £60 per night including breakfast
Single £40 per night including breakfast
Stay 5 nights or more and receive a 10% discount.

Low Season (1st November to 31st March) 
Double £55 per night including breakfast
Single £35 per night including breakfast

Stay for five single nights over the year and you can stay a sixth night for half price.  Applicable 1st April to 31st October.
