Accommodation

Passing between the old sandstone pillars and up the beautiful cantilevered staircase, Moffat House has 20 bedrooms, all en-suite. Each room is tastefully decorated with its own style and character from superb four poster and king size bedrooms to family rooms and specially adapted ground floor disabled rooms.

Dining

The food at Moffat house is quite simply first rate and awards are being gathered every year. From formal dining in Hopetoun’s Restaurant to informal lounge meals, lunches and suppers, be assured fresh local produce and home cooking are at work to satisfy the most discerning of palates. A fine selection of wines will compliment your meal. In addition, the library bar will spoil you for choice with a good selection of malt whisky and beer.

Hospitality and hostmanship are alive at Moffat House and to assist in making you more comfortable, log fires blaze through chilly winter evenings in the lounge bar and coffee lounge. The restaurant, sun lounge and coffee lounge are superbly situated with views of the gardens and 250-year-old oak tree.
