Dell-Mar is a listed detached Victorian Villa, ideally situated at the ‘Town End’ of Beechgrove overlooking the tennis courts and bowling green with views to the Moffat Hills beyond.  Our beautiful home is  a short, level 5 minute walk from the centre of Town  where you will find an excellent choice of pubs, cafes and restaurants.

Your hosts, Pauline and Trevor Menzies, have over 33 years experience in the hospitality industry and continue with their ‘Home from Home’ theme at Dell-Mar.

Our excellent bedrooms include two en-suite doubles and one spacious twin with its own private bath/shower room for sole use. They are fully furnished and equipped with  T.V.s., hairdryers and hospitality trays.

A comfortable residents lounge where you can relax after your journey and separate tables in our elegant breakfast room add to the pleasure of staying at Dell-Mar.

We offer an extensive library with works to suit all preferences.  Information Folders and literature are available to assist in your enjoyment of this magnificent area of Scotland.

The variety of activities in and around Moffat are extensive and include all the recognised  pursuits such as:-
Walking -  along well signed routes. (Moffat is Scotland’s first ’Walkers are Welcome’ town), Cycling,  Fishing, Tennis, Bowls,  excellent local Shopping, Field Sports and Golf (discounted green fees and tee times can be arranged).

Not only can Dell-Mar offer you a ‘stop off’ break when travelling further afield but also an ideal base from which to explore all the exceptional local beauty spots amongst some of the finest scenery in the country.
