Moffat Golf Course an enjoyable challange for golfers of all levels
A Challenging Golf Course

Established in 1884
Moffat Golf Club was established in 1884 and the present course, designed by Ben Sayers of North Berwick, was opened in 1905.
Wooded Moorland Course
The wooded, moorland style course is well maintained throughout the year and enjoys commanding views over the small town of Moffat and the surrounding hills. With its natural undulations and deceptive approach shots it presents a fascinating challenge to golfers of all abilities. The 271 yards par 4 18th is a spectacular finishing hole with a drop from tee to green of some 75 feet. The 9th hole, "Port Arthur", looks very intimidating from the tee. A par 3, it requires a blind shot over a towering rock face to a hidden green.
Visitors Welcome
Visitors are welcome every day including weekends and bank holidays and may take advantage of all the clubhouse facilities including bar, dining room and a very well equipped games room.
